0Had no water in the house on New Year's Day. Called Plumb Plumbing and immediately got an answer since they had on call tech's to accomplish emergency repairs. Joe called within an hour and arrived soon thereafter. He was very courteous and said we will get it repaired in short order. Since it was a weekend and holiday I was paying twice the weekday rate. Joe worked double time to keep the charges low. In about 40 minutes he was done. Absolutely great service to get my water back on in the house. Highly recommend this company and Joe. Bob Ratledge
I called to have a drain cleaned out and was quoted a rate of $110 per hour. The company charged me $250 and refused to reduce the bill at all, stating it was "non standard." They did NOT inform me this would be "non-standard" or contact me in any way until the job was finished! I later found out that the technician was sitting outside the property (not having followed instructions to phone ahead) not working but they were charging me for that time! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If you do use them, INSIST on a written quote. Better yet, use another company!
I couldn't recommend Plumb Plumbing enough to friends, family, and co-workers. Plumb Plumbing performed excellent work at a reasonable price. Their crew was knowledgeble and professional. You definately get what you pay for with this company.Michele
