I dropped my mower off and kept checking to see if it was done, I was told another week EVERY time I checked. It has been 9 months and I have given up on ever seeing my mower. I would never us Doug's Repair and I will never recommend them !
The owner and employees are experts in their field. Great place to get lawn mower worked on.
They picked up my riding mower two (2) weeks ago and STILL have not tuned it up! Was told that it would be ready 4 days ago but never heard from them. I like to keep business local but this company is too busy to have any customer service. NEVER AGAIN
Finally got the mower back....the "estimate of $132.00 turned into $355.28!!! And the initial problem with the mower still exists!! It still backfires! What "other" repairs did they charge me for that weren't necessary?
They said they would "step up to the plate" and refund $100. IF I remove negative posts. i don't consider them negative....just an honest assessment of the situation.
Brought my son's minibike in to them on a busy Saturday and they took the time to fix his clutch on the spot so he could get back to riding. Rusty was very nice and took the extra time to listen to our concerns. I will be taking all of our equipment to them in the future. Great employees and knowledgeable staff.
I've been waiting 8 weeks on a blower. :(

Plan on waiting and waiting and waiting for a repair to be completed! We purchased a Toro from them and came in the next season for a belt to be replaced... 12 days later, WE called THEM to find out it had just got done! They said, "Thats not like us"....... But no "we are sorry" or anything like that, just a confused looks..... Wow.
