My son went to Buffalo Wild Wings to get a carry out order of Lemon Pepper wings, fries and fried pickles...was charged $17.00. Suppose to be 10 count wings . Got home and opened box and there were only four...After the high price they charged I was cheated out of six wings ..... Next time hope I do not get cheated....

Dont sit at the bar! We go to b-dubs all the time. We had terrible service twice both times she never asked us if everything was ok. The second time I had something in my water so I started drinking my ole ladies coke and had to get our own refills she never asked what the problem was and still charged us for two sodas. We talked to the manager with tattoos on his arms both times and he seemed liked he didn't give a crap. We will never go back to the smyrna location. I do have to say when we set in the diner area there were no problems. I hope they go out of business or change the management. either way would satisfy me. Go to the murfreesboro or any other of the bww's for that matter. It will be a better experience. guaranteed!!!

I have never had a problem getting service there. Maybe they look at you like that when you walk in because you are a bad tipper!

Ok just let me say great food. The last two times my husband and I ate there, it took 15 minutes for us to be aproached by a waiter! Why? I don't know! The food is so good. Why is the service horrible?? All of the waiters just sit around at a table looking at everyone. When you walk in the give you a horendous look like great more customers. Well if it wernt for us customers you wouldn't be in buisness!! Yaw better step it up or your resturant will not make it much longer!

The MANGO HABANERO wing sauce has got to be the best wing sauce i've ever put in my mouth! Being pregnant at the time it always gave me heartburn but I knew what I was getting into everytime I ate it... it became a craving!

they have the best atmosphere for families. awesome food and drinks. perfect for sports fans and their wives! you have to try the wings!
