Had an outstanding buying experience. However follow up with license plate new tires, this was very slow, and required several emails on my part too make happen. Brandi in service was great once we got rolling with things. Never heard from my sales man again after sale.

We were shopping around for a vehicle; John helped us pick out a used, but a very good conditioned, car. This was in the year 2002 and the car is still in good running condition. We have known John for a very long time. He is honest, trustworthy and helped us pick a good car to meet our needs and pocketbook. I don't have time to go into detail, but we actually enjoyed the process of buying a car from Bruce at Mark Mitsubishi. We were treated respectfully, without the usual "high pressure" tactics that are so common at a lot of car lots. Once we came to an agreement, the details were efficiently handled and it did not take all night, either. Thanks. Bruce.

Gabe showed us the cars we wanted, and nothing we didn't. He is knowledgable about the Mitsubishi cars, and asked others for details where he was unclear. It's often hard to like someone who sells cars; not Gabe. We had our own financing, and didn't want add-ons. In and out in 30 minutes on purchase day. Remarkable!

I came in for an oil change. My appointment was for 1:00 however, I called to reschedule an earlier time and Jenna made it happen. While I was waiting outside as I brought my dog- Jenna gave the dog water in a cup- Jenna then asked if I applied for the gas rebate, I had no idea. Jenna arranged the paperwork for me right then and there. The attention and service I received today and previous times is why my husband and I keep coming back! Last time I was at your dealership I had a negative experience with a service rep who no longer works there, which does not surprise me!! He was holding down the fort at the dealership today. I watched him not only handle the entire waiting room {as your receptionist decided to take a break with a full room of customers} But run and get change for one gentleman and check out customers. He gave me several options as how to deal with the problems with my 2012 Sportage and did it with a SMILE on his face!!! Wow what a difference that makes!!
