I have been in this city for quite some time now and I can't find a single decent flower shop around, good thing my friends took me here and now I can get the most beautiful arrangements in just a call away.

It was my first time using La Paloma Blanca and, I can assure you, it won't be my last! I recently happened upon this shop a few days ago and decided to use them to send my mom some birthday flowers. The girl that helped me was so helpful and was great in directing me towards something my mom would love. When I went over to my mom's for dinner, the next night, I was so impressed with the arrangement! It was unique and perfect for her! I love this shop and will definitely use it again!

I ordered flowers for my father's funeral from La Paloma Blanco. They worked with me to come up with the perfect flowers to represent him. The flowers arrived on time and in absolutely perfect condition. In addition, I felt like they were sensitive and understanding while helping me pick the arrangements and really produced great results.

GIRL WHO TOOK MY ORDER WAS RUDE AND INSENSITIVEM DESPITE THE FACT I WAS ORDERING FOR A FUNERAL

I ordered flowers for my daughter after the birth of my grandson. They didn't have the flowers I asked for so they did what they wanted without asking me! Not only wee they wrong, they were wilted and half the size I ordered. I called and got excuses and they were argumentative and rude. They did say they would refund my money. Which they did not. My bank also requested the refund, as of today it is not even pending. The card on my flowers read, Mam and Dad instead of Mom and Dad. I was so embarrassed I removed the card. Everyone makes mistakes but getting an argument instead of customer service not acceptable.

Placed my entire order online and called when it got to the part where I enter my discount code. I was left on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and was told they had no idea what I was talking about. They could take my order over the phone. Big waste of my time and they cannot e-mail receipts. Agreed to fax my receipt...we will see. The young lady I talked to was not very helpful; it was obvious that it was not her business.

I highly recommend using this fabulous florist! I received flowers for my birthday! They were gorgeous and lasted forever! Then I decided to use them to send all my flowers for business or personal! Everyone is enjoying the special arrangements and service that they provide. Enjoy!

I was very pleased with my "sweetheart arrangement" sent and delivered to my fiancee. They prepared an amazing arangement of roses in a container that my fiancee absolutely loved. I will definitely call upon LaPaloma Blanca Floral Designs for my future flower arrangements.

I ordered from La Paloma Scottsdale and I coulndn't be happier. My sister called and let me know the flowers were exquisite. I was most impressed that the girl I spoke with helped guide me toward a selection of flowers that were exactly what I wanted. My sister is hard to buy for and when I ordered the flowers, they took the time to understand her style and assured me they would create something spectacular for her that she would love. They were right!

I have been using La Paloma Flowers for 5 years and I am so pleased with their designs, price and policies. They are a family owned business and I support them. We have used other shops, but have always come back to La Paloma because they CARE about their customers and guarantee their product. We love the shop and the girls who work there are very talented and nice. I wish everyone in North Scottsdale would give this little shop some business. I want them to be around for a long time because they are the best florist I have ever used!
