      this is by far the best gym in san diego and my favorite gym in all of the world. alot of the equipment is older style but as serious athletes know, newer is not always better. it is not the cleanest gym in the world but for serious weight lifting there is none better.if you want a great workout then this is the place. the atmosphere is also very nice.
