After trying over a dozen times over a course of three weeks to leave phone messages asking attorney Philip Lindsley or someone else to contact me, the San Diego Elder Law Center's legal assistant Liz finally called me.

I outlined my situation to her, and she set up a phone appointment for me to speak with Mr. Lindsley at a specific time.

He failed to call, so 20 minutes later, I called their office repeatedly and left messages every way I could, giving my name and # each time.

I also e-mailed them.

Well, it's 1 hour after the scheduled meeting time, and not a peep from them.

Lindsley and his staff are asleep at the switch.
