During the buying & delivery of my furniture, York was outstanding but as soon as I started having problems with the pieces of junk they delivered, they took WEEKS to return my many, many, many calls and emails. Everytime I talked to someone different, they couldn't find what I was talking about. And guess what folks, I am STUCK with this junk because when they finally did acknowledge me, it was past the time I could return the set. The material on the set stretches, bunches and a 6 mo old set looks 15 yrs old. They told me to "massage the stretched material back into
place" every day. RUN RUN RUN to another furniture store that will be just as helpful and friendly AFTER the sale I wish I could give this minus 50 rating but I was forced to give it at least 1

WARNING!! Buyers Beware of York Furniture!!! All Sales Are FINAL!!. If you do business with these Scoundrels and your purchase falls within a "normal" transaction everything will be "wonderful" and "good". And why wouldn't it? Hence some positive reviews. But, God help you if something goes wrong! Especially if the goods purchased end up not being fit for a particular purpose. Good and decent Retailers will work with you if there is a problem. Unfortunately, these people simply don't care about you; your problem; or any issues after an order is placed. And they won't hesitate to sue you for breach of contract. Now in fairness to Larry Bell and Company- he's a survivor, a shred business man and he does know the furniture business inside and out. He's definitely in business to make money and that's about as American as it gets. And now you know the rest of the story.

DO NOT BUY HERE....once they have your money they couldn't care less about you...bought couch july 3rd, now almost x-mas and still waiting for repairs to the damaged one they delivered....numerous phone calls and all we get is the run around.....nobody there cares

When the furniture we bought wouldn't fit through the door, I dreaded going back to the store. But Tony did everything to make an exchange as quick and painless as possible. No hassles, no excuses, just an honest effort to fix the problem. Took less than an hour to get a new sofa and set up delivery. Will buy from again.

Bought a living room set January 4 th was told I would have it no later then February 8 th, then was told mid February then was told it was going to be shipped February 19 th and would have it by the end of the month, now I was told they didn't ship it and it would be shipped January 28 th have been waiting to talk to a manager since Monday, he is always in a meeting, don't buy from York furniture

Quality, Sales, Delivery and Customer Service all rate 5 stars. When I read some of the ratings posted here I wondered if the customers handled their communications poorly. I found York Furniture to be an estblishment I would do business with again and would tell my friends about my positive dealings.

THERE WAS NO OPTION FOR ZERO STARS SO I HAD TO PUT A "1". Dont' be fooled by the star at all. I felt obligated to warn anyone who is thinking of buying ANYTHING from York Furniture: SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. The sales people are useless and only after their commission, the customer service is a COMPLETE JOKE and unbelievebly underwhelming. The customer service rep actually just said "Yep" on the phone to me. Really? She might need to get a new career. I can't believe that any corporation would put up with that and have emailed the manufacturer as well as the BBB. I don't even care about the furniture anymore, the point is the way we were treated. We explained to them that their repairtech had terrible body odor and they really should do something about it, her response? "No one has ever complained" What does that mean? We made it up? Having been in the customer service and hospiality industry for 30 years, I find it hard to believe that is how "customer service" works. The only upsdie is that word of mouth is powerfull stuff and we intend to use it to the fullest. DON'T GO NEAR YORK FURNITURE PEOPLE. Lesson learned.

Great selection of furniture sets here. I was overall impressed with the prices, i was able to find a good amount of deals that i was interested in and will return soon for the purchase.

I have enjoyed my tranactions with York furniture. I have purchased there often and never had an issue. I enjoy the 6' Painting which now hangs in my family room bursting with color. Thank You York
