My dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry. I bought a new dryer, and it still took 2-3 cycles to dry! My new dryer quit working, and I had to call a repair man; the repair man said my dryer was not the problem and referred me to Dryer Vent Wizard of NE NC. The tech showed up on time, had all the tools needed, and found the issue. Someone had removed the cap on the outside of my house and covered it up with wood! No air could get out! The Dryer Vent Wizard tech found the issue, installed a new cap, and cleaned the vent. Now my dryer finishes in about 45 minutes.
