My sewing machine had spent 5 weeks in a shop in Fairport.When I called they said it was no good, to throw it out. Took my machine to Aspenleiter. In one day, yes one day they called to say it was fixed!! Knowledgeable, fast, courteous service. I unreservably recommend this shop. You won't be disappointed! They are A+

Had my Babylock serger serviced, and I'm very pleased!!!! Didn't try to sell me anything, or do more work than needed. I dropped my machine off at Sew Creative in Fairport, and they took care of the rest. Called their competitor and they wanted $35 more for the same work, didn't believe me when I told the guy what I thought was wrong, and it was suggested that it could cost me more if they "found" something else wrong with it. Great price, great service, very honest.

All of the Aspenleiter employees are always interest in the individual cleaning desires and needs of each potential customer.I wouldn't consider going to another vacuum cleaner retailer.James P Wilder
