Huge convention rooms! This is the best hotel to have large conventions.

Nice spa, good quality treatments. But the service is not the greatest. It may be ok for a local small spa, however, not appropriate for the hotel like Shingle Creek. They have a lot to work on in terms of smiling to your guests, being friendly and welcoming, anticipating needs etc. This all was absent. Amenities are great though. You can go to the fitness center which inside the spa on the Ground level and also to one of the pools of the hotel - all of them are very nice. I would come back because of the treatments quality and reasonable prices, but if you're looking for a great service this is not the place to be at!
