Whenever I go to this store, I always leave satisfied. Repairs are good, advice is good. Purchases' quality is always good. Staff members have bent over backwards to get my serger and sewing machines back to me in time to complete my projects. My son wanted to purchase a sewing machine for his wife and I steered him to this store. The staff member who served him was great. She showed him a range of machines between the upper and lower levels of his budgeted amount. She demonstrated each machine and talked about the advantages of each one; then she stepped aside to let him make his decision. When we left the store, he had a nice machine for his wife and he was happy.
