I am happy with Dr. Whitley and his care. The office staff could be more welcoming. The wait times in office have been acceptable.
The availability of services (lab work) is not optimal for me as all of my labs must be done offsite (but that may also be my insurance carrier's issue). Overall, the care is good.

I am giving them 1 star only because their is no way I can give them a 0 star or less.

This is my second appointment and I was given an appointment at a certain day and time

so when I arrived on my appointment I was told my appointment was canceled

for the following day at the same time, I go back the following day the receptionist

saw that I was me the one that was their the day before when I told her

I am here for my appointment she told me give me a minute because my computer froze

she left to the back room and a couple seconds later the manager came out,

she told me that I was not able to be seen because my appointment was canceled.

She told me that I canceled my appointment when I didn't because a

day before she told me to come back the next day at the same time.

I was so upset I requested the number where I can complain so she gave me

Michael Martin (Practice Manager) phone number, I called him to let him know what was going

on and once I explained what happened and why I was calling he hung up the call

so I called him back but send me to voice mail and did not answer my call I left him a voice mail

stating to call me back and never bothered to call me back.



I took this like a racial discrimination just because I am Hispanic

but they don't count that I am born and raised in the United States and know all my rights,

I will report them as far as I need to and where ever I need to.



I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS CHAIN CLINIC TO NO ONE!!!

Stay away ... far away! Inherited this provider when they were purchased by the current company, Healthcare Partners. Before the purchase, it was not a bad place to go. If you needed to see your primary, they could usually get you in within a day or two with a reasonable wait time. The current providers are slow and somewhat clueless. I will never go back here even though I had been a patient for over 20 years ...
