      I see Connie at the downtown Minneapolis location and she is awesome!! She takes her time and is so thorough. The lasers that Permanent Choice use are the gold standard of lasers and the only laser that works on my lighter hair. I highly recommend Permanent Choice for your hair removal needs- they are the BEST.
