Provided by YP.comMy family and I were regular customers for many years. At first, Dr. Delgado was very attentive, kind, and did not charge too much for her services. We noticed that as soon as her clientele increased, she became ambitious and her prices increased significantly. Unfortunately, when the receptionist Alexis left, the customer service went downhill. Our adopted cat was diagnosed with Feline Leukemia. Dr. Delgado showed absolutely no compassion whatsoever when we decided to euthanize her since she was in severe pain. To our dismay, it was just business as usual and it was another opportunity for her to charge us her unreasonably high prices. It was unacceptable that after building a rapport with her and solely taking our pets to her clinic, this sensitive matter was treated so callously. In our opinion, she should have handled this situation discretely. It is truly a shame because we have referred many of our friends and family to her. Sadly, we will not be returning to this clinic. Also, if you are not fluent in Spanish, don't bother coming here because you will be treated differently than her Hispanic customers.
