I went in in November to get my oil changed because I was in between classes and out of oil in my truck. It was done quickly, but a screw was replaced. My truck is a dodge, but a chevy screw was placed on my truck which caused the oil to leak, and my driveway has stains on it, as well as my parking spot at work and at school. I contacted the business and they did not offer a refund, just go to another location. Corporate sucks too and wont even follow up. Dont come here.

I chose this Jiffy Lube because it was convienently located off I-60 on my way home. I received excellent and time-efficient service. Every "extra" was discussed with me (high-mileage oil, fuel system cleaning) and the gentleman working with me on what I wanted done with my car was even kind enough to find one of their coupons to help mitigate the extra costs. They alerted me to a crack in my coolant reservoir which I'm very relieved to know about considering we're forecasted hit 120 degree temperatures this week! Their personal concern for my safety with this crack was also appreciated. All in all, I had was very pleased with their service and my old car is running better than when I brought it in; what more can anyone really ask?

This station performed additional services without proper authorization and it has been a hassle to deal with corporate. The account rep at corporate seems to be more concerned with dodging responsibility than actually addressing the concern. Explaining corporate policy and procedures relating to how their stores are meant to be run doesn't take away from the fact that unauthorized and unnecessary work was performed on our vehicle. They seem to be oblivious that a wrench has been dropped in their well oiled machine and reluctant to accept any wrongdoing
