My first impression was not good. I called 3 times in one week leaving a voice mail each time, being assured my call was important and that they would call back within 24 hours. When they finally did call back the following Monday the scheduler gave me the distinct impression with all of the sighs that she would just as soon be doing something else. Maybe she should. I would want her to be the first impression of my company. I hope my visit to the office is better.
