Using a team approach that involves nurses, specialists, therapists and your family doctor, anesthesiologists Elizabeth Fowler, MD, and Patrick Schafer, MD, work with you and your family to create a plan of care. Developed just for you, the course of treatment is designed to help relieve your pain, teach you how to manage your pain, and help you restore your quality of life. The Pain Clinic is located at 5759 Monclova Rd.,on the campus of St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee, Ohio. The building is all on one floor, with easy access in and out.

Feeling cared for

I recently started with Dr. Malik & all I can say is he is amazing. His injections he has performed has been a miracle & I have severe damage to my neck in back. I highly recommend that before surgery, pick up your phone & see them. They are outstanding!
