Rick came over to fix a leak. Him and his worker were great. HOWEVER, after the work was done some of the shingles popped up. I called him back to come over and he kept ducking my calls. I left multiple messages over time (a reasonable amount in between each one). No response. This is pretty upsetting and I'm normally not one to complain but I'm kind of offended by this treatment.

We hired Cruz Roofing to remove our center chimney, and they did an excellent job at a fair price. The owners and their crew were polite and professional throughout the process. We will hire them for future projects.

They just got done replacing the roofs on two of our buildings and they did an absolutely FANTASTIC JOB! They were incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable about their trade, the process of working with our insurance provider, American Family Insurance, and local ordinances and rules for construction work, contractors, and building permits. They also took care of a bunch of odds and ends for us. They offered us a very competitive quote and the materials they used were high quality. They kept us involved in the process and when they were done with the work they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Overall if you are in the Dane county area the best roofing contractor out there is Cruz's Roofing & Construction. They were awesome to work with! I will be suggesting them to anyone in the Madison, Monona, Middleton, Cottage Grove, Oregon, Verona, Fitchburg, Dane County area.

They gave a warranty and then did not fix the problem when we called. They finally showed up to do a quick small patch but did not take care of their large sealing seam problem so we had more leaks. Horrible.
