I would give this store zero stars for customer service. I bought my sister an expensive sweater for Christmas on 12.23 she came back on 1.11 and they refused to allow her to exchange, not return but exchange, for something else with a receipt! This was all due to an EXTREMELY, be warned buyers, EXTREMELY STRICT, after Christmas return policy. After talking with the owner it became clear they were focused on bottom line and profit. Both my sister and I have previously loved stopping in as we strolled the shopping center but we will no longer be sharing our hard earned dollars with this cut throat small time business.

Purchased a coat at the store at Westport Village. Went to return it a week later. The sales cleark retriieved the manager who told me I could not return it asI purcased at 50% off. I told her I absolutely had not been told that at the time of purchase. She simply repeated herself, handed me the bag and told me to have a nice day. There are plenty of other places to shop.
