I would rate "no stars" if it were an option! Worst Experience ever... As I waited in the car my 3 boys, 16yrs, 8yrs and 5yrs sons went to order 2 large pepperoni pizzas and were told it would be 5min. So as my kids waited.. I noticed other people who arrived after us park next to me ordering pizza, waiting 10 min then leaving, at first I thought maybe they called in their order or possibly had some special order that would justify them getting there pizzas before us. After 30 min I was getting so upset... I realized the cashier was taking orders and completely forgot about my 3 kids order, who were sitting right in front of him! I don't know if he just didn't care cause they were young not realizing that I was watching from the car but after I realized what was really going on 45min + I decided to go in and find out what was going in, which I had dredded because I was not exactly prepared to get out of the car due to my dress attire. Went in asked what the wait was for my kids, cashier said.. "Oh your pizzas are ready now" I said I want my money back and the pizzas for the long wait.. He was pretty much speechless, gave me my $10.00 back, but when I went to take the pizza he grabbed them and pulled them back out of my hands and told me he couldn't give me the pizzas". Really! I asked to speak with the supervisor but of course... He wasn't there. So we left after almost waiting an hour with no pizza! I think he could have given the pizzas to us for free at that point. Will never go back there again.
