Best service we have ever had. These guys are very professional. The service guy came out and found what was wrong, explained it and showed it to us and then promptly fixed it. Can tell you how impressed I was!

I do not recommend using Brady Flanary. We paid them over $900 with them to fix our HVAC and all they did was come out and charge us for whatever they said was wrong with it - 6 different things over 6 visits in one year yet it was never fixed. We have now found a "Premier Rated Service Company" (can't name here but call your manufacturer to find one near you) that the manufacturer recommended and all 3 systems are working great now. Unfortunately, we found a responsible, reputable company $900 (not including over $1,000 in excess power bills due to units not working properly) too late!! When we tried to understand why Brady Flanary kept coming out and finding something different everytime and yet our HVAC still not working properly we were told it was an "unusual" situation and that Brady flanary could/should charged us more. Unbelievable, huh!!Buyer Please BEWARE!!! Don't make the same mistake we did by calling Brady Flanary
