I've been a sushi connoisseur, of sorts, for 15 years now. And I've eaten sushi from coast to coast, literally. So in reviewing Fuji Sushi, I can easily say that the quality and freshness of the food is at least very good, and their customer service is exemplary. Well done--especially in a saturated market!
My mother suggested Fuji because she knew how much I love sushi and I must say that I was quite impressed. The food was great, the service was good, and the restaurant itself is very easy on the eye. Will definitely be coming back the next time I am in town.

Top notch service, very friendly. Food is outstanding and I only had the take-out! The Hibachi Shrimp is my fave.
