Allen came out to service our system as well as give me a bid to add some sprinkler heads in an area that needed some. Come to find out there were heads there already, they were just not hooked up to the main system and had to be manually run. Thanks for telling me previous owners. With an easy and quick running of wires, that area is now part of the main system. Thank you Allen for finding those heads and getting my system fully functional.

AVOID GETTING RIPPED OFF! Alan Burk replaced my old sprinkler control unit with a Hunter PCC-1200 on 2/17/16, and sent me an invoice price gouging me $250 for this unit that sells (with free shipping) from Amazon.com and SprinklerWarehouse.com (and many other sellers) for $145.00-$148.00: that's 68% OVER RETAIL FOR THIS UNIT! Sent Alan Burke an email pointing out the huge price disparity and he dismissed my objection by saying he factored in the price of gas and picking up unit! Are you kidding me?! Gas is averaging $1.50 a gallon--not credible!



BURK'S EVEN CHARGED HIGHEST LABOR RATE ON TOP of the disgracefully inflated price for the sprinkler control unit. It's truly despicable to gouge a loyal customer (senior citizen and retired Military veteran) who supported his small business. Burk told me I should have caught his inflated price in an earlier estimate--that's just unprofessional.



Alan Burk EVEN REFUSED to HONOR his ADVERTISED 5% SENIOR DISCOUNT (on the $450 bill).

Burks is by far the best irrigation/landscaping companies I've ever dealt with! Very few companies would come to our house a 6:00 p.m. on a Friday evening for an emergency, but Burks did. They came out and fixed my leek and I haven't had a problem with it since that day!!! :)

Two previous companies have tried to fix my old system but failed. I called burks and they showed up on time, were very polite. My sprinkler is still working fine with very little maintenance. I've recommended Burks to many of my friends and they have been more than happy

when u call any company out for a service call there is always a fee.

they came out an told u their was no leak u called some one else and was told the same thig

an got two bills an didnt want to pay bottom line.
