Let me begin by saying that I have not been able to see anything, near or far, since the fourth grade. For everyday life in the past 15 years, I had glasses, and for sports, I had to endure rec specs. Finally, I decided that enough was enough, and I was going to get lasik. After doing much research and contacting several locations, I decided to go with Dr. Lee and her team, and I can say that I do not regret the decision in the slightest!

Dr. Lee has several years of experience in the industry, attends conferences and continual training courses, and all of her staff love and respect her. During the operation, she was completely calm and reassured me that everything was going well. Two days later and I already have better vision than my glasses ever gave!

Recently, my husband and I had cataract and laser eye surgery in both eyes (that's four surgeries). We both found Dr Lee to be very professional, thorough, and completely skilled. She is an excellent Doctor, and her staff are all very friendly and courteous. We are happy with every aspect of our care and treatment! The results of the surgeries were fantastic. We are so happy to see a clearer, brighter world than we have in years... Kiddos to Dr Lee!

My wife and I have both had eye surgery at Dr. Lee's NC Eye Institute. We are more than pleased at the results and the ongoing care and concern exhibited by Dr. Lee and her staff. Persons with a dispute with a receptionist should not be making sweeping negative comments. This isn't a perfect world, but I will stand up for Dr. Lee's expertise any day.

This was a fantastic experience. All of the staff was very friendly. I was very nervous about my surgery, and now I cannot imagine a better place to recommend. Dr Lee is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and able to explain the process in terms that I could understand. Her staff is the same. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy, friendly, and successful experience. Oh, and I now have 20/15 vision with no side effects!

I was treated like dirt. From a recent experience, someone told me that the receptionist was a jerk, saying mean things and not scanning her card. I believe that receptionist is gone now but the last time I went, the receptionist was very inexperienced. Also, I wanted to get contacts. I have very sensitive eyes and I had been working rather hard on getting up to the place where I could finally open my eyes big enough to get one in. I was completely ready after trying once before and I walked in with confidence which I rarely have since I'm such a shy person. I haven't been to many eye appointments considering I just got glasses 2 years ago. This was the first time I had gotten the air blown into my eyes. The lady tried to blow it but my eyes wouldn't hold. Can you blame me? Come on. I HAVE reflexes. This was my first time doing this and she just randomly comes up to me with a giant thing that looks a lot similar to a gun. What are my eyes supposed to do?? This lady rudely says suddenly, "Well if you can't manage this simple thing, then you definitely are not ready for contacts!!!!" I'm sorry, not ready for contacts? I need to master the art of getting air shot into my eye before I can master the art of putting a contact in my eye? How strange. I would definitely not suggest going there. I'm switching to Costco. I want to make sure that everyone knows that this was NOT Dr. Lee. She was ok, although sometimes pressuring into doing surgery, she was very knowledgeable.

Every time I visit Dr. Lee I enjoy excellent service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I recently went for a standard check-up and walked out with new glasses that help me see better than I have in years. Dr. Lee is efficient, thorough and a pleasure to be around.
