This ac company is worst of the worst the come to my house to check our ac the guy touch our drain pipe to put more insulation on it after five days we found out one of our room it pouring water and when we check the attic the pipe that he touched is disconnected and when we called them the said it's not there fault I have the pictures of the pipe and the dry wall of my house.

We have had Done Right AC out to our hous at least 8 times. Mostly bc they need to return a second and third time to complete a job. And that's not usually bc they were missing a part, it's bc they didn't finish the work or something went wrong. We even had other contractors come out fixing their work and stating they did things incorrectly and not properly. This is a shock after paying our warranty company. They also accept job requests yet cannot come out for a week to 10 days!!! This is ridiculous - let another contractor have the job. Don't make us wait 10 days. Anyway, I tried again and again to work w them. But I've called the last time. I will change or cancel my homeowners policy before I use them again. The secretary is full of excuses and is difficult to compromise and coordinate with, being very inflexible. Charles, the owner, tries to help but also makes excuses and doesn't accept responsibility for his workers and his company and business. All in all- poorly run company doing the basics and getting by with band aids. They have high turnover in technicians to my memory. Don't use!
