General Info

As a native of Utah, Dr. Miller completed his undergraduate and medical school education at the University of Utah, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for his outstanding academic performance as a medical student. He then completed his internship, residency, and fellowship training at the University of Iowa, perennially ranked as one of the top 10 ophthalmology training programs in the country. During his fellowship, he was selected by the University of Iowa medical students as the recipient of the Fellow Teaching Award. He has authored multiple publications on the genetics of glaucoma. He is committed to reducing the burden of unnecessary blindness around the world and has traveled to Haiti to perform cataract and glaucoma surgeries and train local eye surgeons. Dr. Miller is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Dr. Miller is excited to join the Eye Associates of Colorado Springs and is eager to provide exceptional eye care to the people of Colorado.
