Had an issue with the insurance company severly undercutting my water damage claim, could not get any other contractor to even come out to look at the house or the damage because it was an insurance dispute. Finally after contacting QCI they came out and did a preliminary inspection, contacted the insurance adjuster, and negotiated a fair settlement. 5 times what the insurance company initially offered. After that they worked with me, allowing me to do some of the work, so that I could afford to upgrade items such as solid wood cabinets with granite countertops, tile and wood floors instead of carpet, linoleum and press board cabinets with a formica countertop (what I had before that had to be replaced). All in all very satisfied with the work and time they put in to get me a better settlement that would address all the issues with the home as a result of the water damage.

Finding mold in your house is a very scary thing. Earlier this year, a water leak was detected behind the dishwasher. Apparently it had been leaking a small amount of water persistently for some time and caused a tremendous amount of black mold to grow in the kitchen drywall, the ductwork, and the air handler. Each of us in the household (pets included) had been falling ill and didn't know why until the mold was discovered. Having heard all of the horror stories about mold and mold removal, I picked up the telephone with some trepidation. I was very pleasantly surprised with QCIs customer service from the initial conversation and throughout the entire remediation process. Mr. Delgago, in particular, provided great service. I found him to be calm, compassionate, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He was clear and responsive in his communication and did everything he said he would do. We are now 100% mold free and very grateful to QCI for their terrific service. 5 stars!

I used QCI to do my home inspection for my first house. Thank Goodness! Steve found several items that needed repairing before the deal closed. He worked well with me and my real estate agent, as well as the sellers agent. He was really polite and meticulous. I would QCI them again if I bought another house.
