My husband had used Dr Do, so when I had an abscessed tooth he called the office. He let them know that I had a bad experience with a different dentist and I was afraid. Dr Do promised my husband that he would not hurt me. He did not. Since then both my son and I have both become patients of Dr. Do and I recommend him to all my friends. He is a perfectionist and does beautiful work. He is definitely gentle. If you fear the dentist, this is the place to go.

Had my molar root canal done here last week and the experience could not have been better. Everything was explained to me in detail, I was given noise canceling earphones to enhance my comfort and Dr. Do was super patient with me. He has soft and gentle hands. I can say this is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. No pain and I woke up the next morning with feeling like almost nothing had happened. I have been putting off dental treatment because of all the stories you hear from people who've had bad experiences, well I'm glad I finally did it. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a painless and quality experience. I can't wait to come back to complete all the treatment in my mouth. It's a mess. The best part is they are on time -- and Dr. Do and his staff is absolutely great!

I went in to see Dr. Do for an emergency. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and caring from him. He knows his profession and made a believer out of me. I am a coward when it comes to going to the dentist! and for the first time i felt at ease while being in the dental chair. The assistant was very nice and helpful and as well as the doctor. I made appointment to come back for the treatment. They confirm my appointment and be on time. I don't have to wait. I can honestly say I LOOK FORWARD TO GOING TO THE DENTIST. Kayla.S.

I am one of those people that would rather have surgery or got to the DMV any day of the week, than go to the dentist. Do I have cavities? No...my teeth are pretty much perfect...I just hate the gritty polishing, the metal scraper, the horrible sounds. Okay, in my defense, I did have eight teeth pulled and enough orthodontic work for a small village. This may have left me a wee bit scarred, and the task of finding a dentist in a new city is SCARY. After spending hours on the computer looking at reviews, lucky for me, Dr. Sean Do's office was actually really close to my house, and come on, it is callled "Gentlecare". Perfect. I called for my appointment late on a Friday and left a message as to when I would like to come in (totally my bad...I just wasn't paying attention about the time), and to my surprise, actually received a call back that same evening on the receptionist's OWN time. Unfortunately, this time I was away from the phone and missed the call, so she left a voicemail saying that she would go into the office and check the appointment book the next morning to see when was available, and get back to me. Keep in mind that the next morning was a Saturday, so that was pretty surprising. Sure enough, the Saturday morning my phone rang with my desired appointment and alternatives...just great customer service!! Fast forward to today. I just had my cleaning and X-rays, and Dr. Do and his hygenist were amazing. They were assuring, thorough, personable, there was no pressure to buy any extra super duper life altering toothbrushes...and yes, gentle. I already made my 6 month follow up appointment, which for me is unheard of. Aaaaaaah. What was that?? My giant sigh of relief from finding Dr. Sean Do's office!!!

For someone who has a fear of dentists this is the place to go. They are absolutely great. The assistant is wonderful and always friendly. Dr. Do is very kind, patient, and makes patients feel at ease. Quality dental work. His tips on keeping your teeth clean work wonderfully. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. You need to make an appointment ahead of time, but if it's an emergency and you are in pain they will try to see you right away. Valerie Douglas
