If I could provide zero stars for the joke of a receptionist front desk service I would. They only have one person to make appointments, file claims and check in patients. I called repeatedly to make an appointment for important lab work results only to forwarded to a voice mail service for that one person to call me back. Needless to say, I could never get a chance to talk to someone to make an appointment. I only received voice mails asking for me to call them back. After about a week of not being able to reach anyone I had to come in - person to make the appointment. The receptionist was rude and uncaring when I complained. What was even worse is that the front desk manager overheard our conversation and did nothing. Her attitude was even worse. I hope to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is horrible service.

Dr. Belitsky is nice but very strict and unmaleable. Office is clean and nice. Office staff is bare bones. I like to be in environment of flexibility and see physicians who aren't operating in a one-size fits everybody philosophy, and so this physician and her staff aren't really my cup of tea.
