I went there during normally scheduled business hours but no one was there and apparently it was closed for no good reason also a passing dog bit me, not a good area

they don't know how to answer phones.

Very Rude and not knowledgeable of their own inventory of cars/trucks. Drove one day 35 miles to get there because they had said "sure, we have that. Just come and pick it out yourself". After spending over an hour in the freezing cold looking for a particular model car, i finally gave up. And they responded by saying even if they did have the car and part i was looking for, they wouldn't take it off the car for me anyways even though they said on the phone they would. Soooo, I drove 35 miles back home.
