wesome customer service! Stopped in to browse water pipes, found one I liked and was checking out when the employee asked me to look it over one final time before I left and sale was final. I notice some chips/scratches along the base. He switched it out for a different one that was a thicker glass. Never had anyone ask me to double check before I left. Will be back for future smoke needs.
