0I have been a tenant at Alameda Point Storage since 2012.
I left in 2017 and I came back in 2018.
I came back to Alameda Point Storage because I was treated like family and very affordable compared to other stroages.
This is from my 💓 I will recommend anyone to this positive good energy storage.
Thank you to the staff for always being open and receptive to me.

Such a cool place. Convenient. Great service. My son drove there and forgot codes. They went through security protocols and helped him get in. They hadn't seen him before. Good security without being mean. Have used many storage facilities. They are the most accommodating.

Horrible experience!!!! I have a travel trailer I needed to park in a secure lot for a while. Picked Alameda Point Storage because they state you have access to your stored item from 9AM to 5PM. Wanted to use my trailer for a quick trip - called on Sat at 3:45 and was told they were closing at 4PM. I said I could get there in 15 min. Got there and was harassed by a lady who stated she was the manager. Could not believe anyone would have this bully as a representative of their business. She actually threatened to lock me in the yard if I did not hurry up. Went back today to get the owner's number and she refused to give it to me. I will be moving out of yard - no one deserves this type of treatment.
I am sorry you were inconvenienced by having to leave the vehicle lot before you were ready. Our policy is to keep the lot open until 5 pm and I do not know why it would have closed at 4 unless the manager was ill. For security reasons, we can't allow a person to stay in the lot when our office is closed. Anytime you write an email to Alameda Point Storage, I, as an owner, get a copy of that email. You and others can contact me that way and I will respond to you.
This is the best storage in Alameda. They are a great team of genuine, caring, helpful, hard working people. Their costs are lower. Their service is superb. Access is easy (although not 24 hours--which was not a problem for me) and they are very accommodating to our needs. Authentic real people on the phone, not automatons. A pleasure to do business with.
